Dietary Manager Jobs in Elgin, IL

A Dietary Manager is a key figure in the nutrition industry, responsible for managing food service operations within healthcare institutions, schools, and other organizations. Their primary duties include planning meals, ensuring the nutritional adequacy of meals served, supervising food preparation and delivery, managing food and labor costs, and ensuring compliance with local, state and federal health regulations.
