Dietary Manager Jobs in Wisconsin

A Dietary Manager is a key figure in the nutrition industry, responsible for managing food service operations within healthcare institutions, schools, and other organizations. Their primary duties include planning meals, ensuring the nutritional adequacy of meals served, supervising food preparation and delivery, managing food and labor costs, and ensuring compliance with local, state and federal health regulations. They are also responsible for hiring, training, and supervising culinary and dietary staff, as well as for ensuring cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

They should also be proficient in diet therapy and nutrition support.
