The Country Club of Boyne is looking for a new Food and Beverage Manager. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Country Club of Boyne’s Food & Beverage team during the summer season, with the potential to move to another outlet for the winter season. This role includes hiring and training team members, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and providing ongoing support to employees.
In addition to Food & Beverage operations, the Club Manager will oversee housekeeping, administration, maintenance, and overall daily operations of the Country Club. This position requires strong leadership, a fast-paced work style, and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure while collaborating with others. Attention to detail is essential, ensuring all tasks are managed accurately from initiation to completion.

Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to):
· Supervise and train to all new and existing staff.
· Work with the Club Manager in dealing promptly with all grievances from both staff, members and guests.
· Participate in executing all coaching and disciplinary action as needed.
· Ensure successful daily operations including restaurant functions, guest satisfaction, staff scheduling, staff progress and job satisfaction efforts and arranging building and grounds maintenance.
· Work on all steps of the hiring process, including creating job postings, interviewing candidates and hiring them.
· Maintaining the Operations, Clubhouse and Guest Services In accordance with Corporate brand standards.
· Provides support to Event Team during public and private group events at the clubhouse.
· Provides support to clubhouse staff during Club Events and weekly membership activities.
· Performs daily managerial tasks in restaurant and on property during shift.
· Collaborates with the management team to ensure all aspects of the club are running efficiently, including restaurant operations, banquet, and member events are fully operational and accounted for.
· Resolves and takes appropriate action on any feedback to ensure good guest and member relations.
· Inspects inside and outside areas for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance issues.
· Assists in the development of new ways to stimulate member activities and participation in club events.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc):
· Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, food, and beverage or related fields OR 2-4 years of supervisory or assistant roles in hospitality, food, and beverage or related fields
· ServSafe certified or willing to complete upon hire
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Must have a high school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc):
· Experience working with Microsoft Office, Sales Force and hospitality point-of-sale software is preferred but not required.
