Dietary Aide Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Food Services Coordinator maintains the cleanliness of the serving kitchen and equipment. Serves a.m. snack and lunch meal to all participants of PACE Organization. Assists with kitchen preparation with oversight and direction from the Food Services Coordinator. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2 years dietary experience in a health care environment required. Minimum 2 yr experience working with the frail or elderly. Skills and Knowledge: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge of basic health and nutrition. Ability to follow directions/detail oriented. Demonstrate organizational skills and meeting time constraints. Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers.
