Skills: LTAC, LTC, Skilled Nursing, Assist with ambulation, Assist with feeding patient, Assist with turning and repositioning, Bed shampoo, Change linens (occupied, unoccupied), Complete Bed bath, Decubitus care prevention, Foot care, Incontinence/ elimination care, Mouth care, Perineal care male/female, Shave patient, Shower assistance, Skin care, Glucometer, Oxygen tanks, Pulse Oximeter, Donning and removing PPE, Isolation Precautions, Glucose point of care testing, Obtain Blood pressure, including orthostatic, Obtain patient Respirations, Obtain pulse (radial), Obtain Temperature (oral, rectal, axillary, Tympanic), Abnormal Vital sign parameters (Adult and Pedi), Safe patient transfers, Reporting change in patient condition
