The Idaho Division of Veterans Services (IDVS) has an opening for a temporary Dietary Aide Sr. opening at the State Veterans Home in Post Falls. The employee in this position is expected to work 20 - 24 hours per week and is NOT required to have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

In this position the employee prepares, portions, and serves delicious and nutritious homestyle meals and snacks for our veterans.
The best candidate is a team-player who enjoys physical work, masters' routine tasks quickly, thrives in a bustling, dynamic environment, and enjoys working around elderly residents.
Employees in the Dietary Department typically rotate shift work, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
